! Eh? I had never made one before, but I was totally feeling (adventurous and) a flaky, savory casserole-type thing. After consulting Michelle, who is very familiar with the dish, I had my ingredients and was out the door (after spending only $7.52)! I decided on chicken-mushroom-spinach-onion, sauteed everything, threw onto a puff pastry lined pie plate and 30 minutes later, a golden, hot, delicious and moist quiche was born.pre-oven
